One of the serious problems of the modern Muslim community is the issue of “takfir”. It should be noted that this problem did not arise today and has deep historical roots. “Takfir” historically originates from the period of conflict between Ali and Mu’awiya, when a part of Ali’s supporters condemned his attempts to settle the dispute through arbitration and broke away from his army with the slogan “Judgment belongs to Allah alone”. As a result, the Kharijite movement was born in the Islamic world. Although the official authorities suppressed it from time to time and physically destroyed it, the Kharijite ideas were revived from time to time and manifested in different forms. This situation was also observed in the 20th and 21st centuries. Various radical movements have used these ideas as an ideological basis for inter-confessional confrontation. Despite the fact that this problem is relevant for the Muslims of the USSR, it remains unexplored in scientific circles. The purpose of the research is to determine the opinions about the possibilities of the teachings of the theologians of the Hanafi sect in the formation of the ideas of interfaith tolerance. Research materials: the source base of the research is the works of theologians such as Abu Hanifa, Abu Mansur al-Maturidi, Abu Ja’far al-Tahawi, and Imam Nasafi. As a result of the research, statements of theologians regarding “takfir” and criteria for recognizing a person as a Muslim were determined. The novelty of the research: within the framework of this research, for the first time, general information about the publications devoted to the issue of tolerance was given. The essence of the Hanafi doctrinal heritage was analyzed on the stated topic.

Замонавий мусулмон умматининг жиддий муаммоларидан бири “такфир” масаласи ҳисобланади. Қайд этиш лозимки, ушбу муаммо бугун юзага келгани йўқ ва унинг чуқур тарихий илдизлари бор. “Такфир” тарихан Али ва Муовия ўртасидаги можаро давридан келиб чиққан бўлиб, Али тарафдорларининг бир қисми унинг низони ҳакамлик йўли билан ҳал қилишга уринишларини қоралаб, “Ҳукм фақат Аллоҳникидир” шиори билан унинг қўшинидан ажралиб чиқди. натижада ислом оламида хорижийлик ҳаракати вужудга келди. Расмий ҳокимият уни вақти-вақти билан бостириб, жисмонан йўқ қилиб турса-да, хорижийлик ғоялари ҳам вақти-вақти билан жонланиб, турли кўринишларда намоён бўлди. XX–XXI асрлар ҳам бундан мустасно эмас. Турли радикал ҳаракатлар бу ғояларни конфессиялараро қарама-қаршилик учун мафкуравий асос сифатида ишлатган. Бу муаммо собиқ иттифоқ мусулмонлари учун долзарб бўлишига қарамай, илмий доираларда ўрганилмаганлигича қолмоқда. Тадқиқот мақсади: Конфессиялараро бағрикенглик ғояларини шакллантиришда ҳанафий мазҳаби илоҳиётшунослари таълимотининг имкониятлари ҳақидаги фикрларни аниқлашдан иборат. Тадқиқот материаллари: тадқиқотнинг манбавий асосини Абу Ҳанифа, Абу Мансур ал-Мотуридий, Абу Жаъфар ат-Таҳовий, Имом Насафий каби илоҳиёт олимларининг асарлари ташкил этади. Тадқиқот натижалари: тадқиқот натижасида илоҳиёт олимларининг «такфир»га оид баёнотлари ва инсонни мусулмон, деб тан олиш мезонлари аниқланди. Тадқиқотнинг янгилиги: мазкур тадқиқот доирасида илк бор бағрикенглик масаласига бағишланган қашрлар ҳақида умумий маълумот берилди ва баён этилган. Мавзу бўйича ҳанафий ақидавий меросининг мазмун-моҳияти таҳлил қилинди.
